Car —
Belgrave is a 45-minute drive from Melbourne.

Train —
Catch the From Flinders Street Station, catch the Belgrave train to Belgrave Station (it takes just over an hour). Jacky Winter Gardens is a short ten-minute walk from the train station along a paved walkway.
